Sale of Wood Pellet Manufacturing Facility

Ironline Advisors acted as exclusive advisor to Lee Energy Solutions of Crossville, Alabama, in its sale to Mohegan Renewable Energy, an affiliate of Mohegan Holding Company. Mohegan Renewable Energy provides wood pellets and other biomass products to the global markets under the ThermaGlo brand name.

The Crossville facility and Mohegan Renewable Energy’s facility in Jasper, Tennessee will produce and ship more than 180,000 tons of wood pellets domestically and internationally to major utilities each year. Mohegan Holding Company’s Northeast Wood Products subdivision will continue to operate plants in Peebles, Ohio and in Ligonier, Indiana.
