Ironline Advisors acted as exclusive advisor to Mason Corporation, a specialty manufacturer & distributor of commercial and residential building products, in its sale to Superior Metal Products LLC of Birmingham, AL, becoming Superior Mason Products LLC.

Superior Metal Products LLC (now d/b/a Superior Mason Products LLC), consummated the transaction with Mason Corporation to create a full product line for residential and commercial customer needs. Superior Mason Products LLC will continue to service the customers of both Superior Metal Products LLC and Mason Corporation. The corporate headquarters of Superior Mason Products LLC will remain in Birmingham, AL.
