Ironline Advisors acted as exclusive advisor to the transaction in which Sunbelt Paper & Packaging of Alabaster, AL acquired the operations of Wholesale Paper & Chemical of Fort Payne, AL to create Sunbelt Paper & Packaging of Fort Payne, LLC.
The transaction expands Sunbelt’s presence in Alabama and establishes a satellite distribution center in Fort Payne to better serve the Company’s North Alabama customers.
